Worship Music by Keynote
All Weekend
Music will be provided by Keynote, the creative arts ministry of Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ), with Seth Irby as worship leader. Based in Westfield, Indiana, Keynote brings the message of Christ across the globe through innovative resources, screen-based minstry, performing arts, film and communication training. By offering resources and forming strategic partnerships, Keynote makes it possible for ministry teams to connect with their target audience through new and innovative techniques. No matter what part of the world or who's in the audience, Keynote focuses on sharing the gospel in a relational way.
Spiritual Formation: A Focus on Prayer
All Weekend
Prayer is the lifeblood of the Church. It is essential for living a life of faith and for communing with God. Yet, despite its importance, many of us often struggle with knowing how to pray, taking time to pray, and waiting on God to answer our prayers. We get busy. We get distracted. We get discouraged. And all to our own detriment.
In order to edify its members, CLS has decided to emphasize the spiritual discipline of prayer throughout the Conference. From the time you register, someone in Colorado will begin praying over you, your family, and your practice. If you have specific prayers for which you desire intercession, please include them with your registration. Once at the Resort, you will be challenged by messages from Paul Miller and other speakers on the topic of prayer. Coupled with this teaching will be an opportunity for you to engage our prayer partners or to spend time in personal prayer and reflection in the Prayer Room.
The power of prayer is undeniable. We hope you will join us as we learn to weild this power more fully in order to see the glory of God revealed in every aspect of our lives.
Between now and the Conference, we encourage you to read the daily prayers of former U.S. Senate Chaplain, Lloyd John Ogilvie.
