The Christian Legal Society has redesigned the Institute for Christian Gift Planning in order to provide practical charitable planning strategies for typical situations found in a transactions law practice. Each session will build on a common case study and lead participants through the process of uncovering and implementing powerful charitable giving strategies. Whether you are new to charitable gift planning or are a seasoned veteran, you will discover strategies that you can use to help clients achieve the charitable giving they had only previously dreamed about.  

This CLE seminar is applicable to all attorneys – not just estate planning – who have clients interested in unique opportunities to minimize capital gains, excise and estate taxes while maximizing charitable giving.

“One Stop Shop: Ethics, the Elimination of Bias and Substance Abuse”

At last, a seminar that offers CLE credits in all three hard-to-get areas: ethics, the elimination of bias, and substance abuse. In order to curtail bias, substance abuse and illegal or unethical activities in your workplace, you need to be able to recognize the signs and symptoms, and know the law. This entertaining and interactive half-day seminar will provide you with information on the applicable laws and statistics regarding bias in the workplace, substance abuse issues, and ethical rules (1.0 hour Ethics CLE credit; 1.0 hour Elimination of Bias CLE credit; 1.0 hour Substance Abuse CLE credit).
