Frequently Asked Questions

Membership

  • How do I apply to become a Member?

  • How do I renew my Membership?

  • How do I find my current Contact Information?

Current CLS Members can examine their Contact Information by accessing the Member Directory (via their Username and Password). Look up in the top-right corner of this (and every) page. There you will see a button labeled "Member Directory". Click on this button. If you are not already logged in, please do so via the provided Dialog Box. Then click on the gold "Search Me!" link in the image of the CLS Membership Directory. Next, select "Locate U.S. Attorney Members Alphabetically by Last Name". Select the first letter of your last name and click "View Member Index". You will be presented with a alphabetized index of current CLS Members. Scroll down and click on your name to display your current Contact Information as recorded in the CLS Membership Database.

  • How do I update my Contact Information?

Please send an email to Membership Ministries at memmin@clsnet.org with the changes you would like us to make. PLEASE ensure that you include your First Name, Last Name, your CLS Membership ID (if you know it), and a phone number where we can reach you during the day (in case we need to confirm your identity). If your would prefer to notify us in other ways, please contact us at the address and phone/fax numbers shown on the Contact Page.

  • How do I find the current status of my Membership?

The "quick and dirty" way is to attempt to login via any "Members Only Page" (such as the Online Member Directory -- follow the instructions in "How do I find my current Contact Information?" above). If you are able to login, then your Membership is current. If you are within 30 days of your expiration date, the website will notify you of that fact each time you login. If the website will not permit you to login, then most likely your Membership is expired. In that case, please send an email to Membership Ministries at memmin@clsnet.org and request your current Membership Status. PLEASE ensure that you include your First Name, Last Name, your CLS Membership ID (if you know it), and a phone number where we can reach you during the day (in case we need to confirm your identity). If your would prefer to contact us in other ways, please use the address and phone/fax numbers shown on the Contact Page.
